How do I get support for my purchased theme?

Right after you purchase a theme from us we assign a support agent for you. He will contact you via email within 24 hours of your purchase. For any further inquiries you can contact him directly without waiting to submit a support ticket.

How and where do I download my theme?

You will be asked to create an account with us when you purchase the theme. You can login to that account and download the purchased theme files anywhere and anytime.

Are there options to modify my purchased theme?

Yes, you can. All our themes are customizable. You can modify the colors, layouts, text sizes and many other features through the ‘theme options’ panel in our themes.

Do I have to create an account to buy a theme?

Yes. You will be asked to create an account before checking out or you can create one here.

Can I buy many themes from Layero with one account?

Yes, you can. There is no restriction on how many themes you can buy with one account.

Can you give me details on how to install my purchased Layero theme?

All the details regarding the installation of your purchased theme will be provided in the .zip file of the theme you purchased.

Can I install my plugins into the Layero theme I purchased?

Yes, most plugins should work with our themes. But, this may not be true in all cases. The plugins that are made with Javascript libraries may sometimes conflict with the libraries used in Layero themes, and thus may not function properly.

Can I use my Layero theme in multiple sites/domains?

Yes, you can use the same theme on any number of websites. But please note than we provide free support only for one domain name.

I purchased and installed the theme. But it’s not working. How can you help me?

Before installing the theme make sure to go through the documentation file for all detailed instructions.

If you are having theme loading problems you need to reset the whole theme to its default setting. Go through the following pages in WordPress: “Dashboard>>Theme Options”. In Theme Options click the “Reset Settings” button.

How often do you update the themes? How do I get updates for the themes I have purchased? Do I need to pay for updates?

There is no fixed time frame for our updates. You will be notified via email when a theme is upgraded. And it is totally free of charge.

How do I update my theme from the older version?

When a theme is upgraded we publish a log file which details the changes made. It will mention the files that have undergone changes. You may download the latest version and replace the older files in the server with these new listed ones.

Can I remove the Layero credit link from footer?

Yes, you can. You can replace it with any other credential of your choice.

What is a .PSD file? What is its use?

.PSD file is a photoshop file that is used to design the theme. Several layers are built in photoshop to design the theme to perfection. Photoshop is used as the layers can be easily edited, especially significant design tweaks. The PSD file is then converted to HTML and CSS. The PSD file will also be provided along with the purchase of the theme so that you can bring in small changes to the theme according to your choice.

What is Layero’s refund policy?

Usually all sales conducted are final and we do not issue refunds unless you were charged mistakenly. In any other cases refunds will be on our discretion.

Can Layero themes be installed in Worpress.com blog?

No. Layero themes cannot be installed in Worpress.com blog. You can use our themes on self-hosted WordPress sites available at wordpress.org. For WordPress installation instructions please click here.

Does Layero have Membership plans?

There are no membership plans in Layero as of now. However, attractive plans will be included as we build our network.

What are the server requirements to run Layero themes?

PHP version 5.2.4 or greater

Do all Layero themes work with the latest versions of WordPress?

Yes, all our themes work with the latest versions of WordPress. We make sure to update all our themes regularly so as to make them compliant with the latest WordPress release.

What is WooCommerce and how is it associated with Layero themes?

WooCommerce is a free online store plugin that is available in the WordPress plugins directory. Some themes in Layero provide full compatibility with WooCommerce. Support for the plugin will be provided in the context of the theme that is being used.

What are my payment options to purchase a Layero theme?

You can make a purchase using your credit card or through Paypal. You can use Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, Maestro, American Express. Debit cards can be used if they have a Visa or Mastercard logo.

How do you check for responsiveness for your themes?

We test all our themes’ responsiveness on the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and two latest versions of Internet Explorer. Regarding the operating system, the theme should work in any operating system, as long as WordPress is installed correctly.
